Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with fit, look, or quality of your purchase, we will issue an exchange or refund. Please contact us via email at within 10 days of receiving your purchase if you are not satisfied. Returns on special orders (2 different pattern choices) there will be a 20% fee due to the fact the hat is custom made for you, and it can be hard to resell the hat(s).  If it is our mistake due to size, or pattern choice there would be no fee.  

 Returns: Any returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. Items received after 30 days will not be refunded.  All hats must be returned unwashed and unused with no exceptions for refund or exchange. 

  Replacements: There is no fee for replacement, but shipping charges would apply.  

 Refunds: Shipping fee is non-refundable. Refund of hat(s) will be issued when we receive your return. We will refund orders via PayPal.
